Hope Lake Neighborhood Letter

DEAR NEIGHBOR,

We are writing to introduce ourselves and our company, OneEnergy Renewables. OneEnergy develops, constructs, and operates solar projects. We are proposing to construct a ground-mounted solar project called Hope Lake Solar in the Town of Oakland, WI located on the south side of Hope Lake Road about half a mile east of County Road A on property that will be leased from the Kornstedt family.

Hope Lake Solar Project Details:

Size 6 Megawatts
Location Town of Oakland 43°01'13.7"N 88°56'59.2"W
Acreage ~ 35 acres of larger 350-acre farm

The project would interconnect to the existing electric distribution lines along Hope Lake Road and serve local We Energies customers. Our projects are planted with a perennial, native prairie seed mix, which provides habitat for pollinators and improves water infiltration and soil health, as the deep-rooted native prairie plants get established and rebuild the soil over the life of the project. Pictured on the next page is an overview of the proposed site layout.
